Using HUBB Homes
HUBB Homes provides tools for guests to request rooms, bed spaces, short stays, or entire homes and for property owners or hosts to submit spaces for review. Availability, minimum stays, pricing, property rules, and management arrangements may vary by listing.
Accounts and accurate information
You are responsible for providing accurate account, guest, reservation, and property information and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
Stay requests and changes
A submitted request is not confirmed until HUBB Homes or the applicable property manager approves it and any required payment is completed or otherwise confirmed. Dates, room type, guest count, price, or other reservation details may be changed by agreement between the guest and HUBB Homes before or during the reservation process.
Pricing and payments
Prices shown may be nightly, monthly, per person, or custom depending on the listing. The final amount presented for an approved reservation controls for that reservation. Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms may vary by property, stay type, payment arrangement, and the timing of the cancellation. Any property-specific cancellation terms presented with a reservation are part of that reservation.
Property rules, guests and visitors
Guests must follow the rules for the property they are using. Please include the correct number of overnight guests on the reservation. If plans change or an additional overnight visitor is requested, contact HUBB Homes in advance so the arrangement can be reviewed for that property.
Furnishing and photo disclosure
Property furnishings, bedding, décor, and certain household items may change due to normal wear, replacement, maintenance, upgrades, or improvements. HUBB Homes makes reasonable efforts to keep each space consistent with the overall appearance, room type, and features shown in listing photos. Exact furniture pieces, bedding, décor, or placement may vary. Material changes to the type of accommodation or major advertised features will be reflected in the listing when appropriate.
Hosts and property submissions
Hosts and property owners are responsible for providing accurate information about their property and for having the authority to offer the space. A host may choose Self-Managed, HUBB Setup, or HUBB Managed services where available. Submission does not guarantee approval or publication.
Third-party services
Authentication, payments, email, hosting, and other functions may be provided by third parties. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply to those services.
Prohibited conduct
Users may not misuse the service, provide fraudulent information, interfere with another user's stay or account, attempt unauthorized access, or use HUBB Homes for unlawful activity.
Service availability and changes
Listings, features, cities, services, and availability may change as HUBB Homes grows or as properties are added, updated, temporarily unavailable, or removed.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, HUBB Homes is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
